



Learning: This little cake was another experiment. I had picked up a small booklet from Wal-Mart about cakes and it had a few ideas in it. The best lesson I have learned so far is that if you want a very neat look, don't use grocery store icing. Use the decorator icing. The icing used on this cake was Duncan Hines - Yes, it's messy. But hey, I was still learning. I loved finding Noah in the kitchen swiping his finger through the cake to sneak a taste!
